Hi, I’m Faye — the maker behind Cristal Marino!

I collect sea glass from coastlines around the world, though most of the pieces I work with are found along the beautiful North East coast of England. Each fragment has spent years, sometimes decades, shaped by the sea before being found and transformed into jewellery.

What began as long coastal walks and a love of beachcombing slowly grew into a passion for creating unique pieces that carry a small part of the ocean’s story.

Every item is carefully selected and handcrafted by me, with the aim of keeping the natural character of the glass at the heart of the design. No two pieces are ever exactly the same.

When I’m not making jewellery, you’ll usually find me walking along the shoreline with a pocket full of sea glass and ideas for the next piece.
